Recently tried making plain popcorn with Japanese Nori Komi Furikake (aka seaweed seasoning). I had seen it before on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try. It was pretty good, although I think the popcorn needs to be lightly buttered so that the seasoning can stick on the popcorn and not fall to the bottom of the bowl. Give it a try if you want something healthy and has a bit of sweet and salty!
It’s also really good on McDonald’s fries (they use seaweed seasoning in Asian countries) and not bad on tostitos chips.
